If a customer needs a boost in their internal system, which is otherwise slow and difficult to use, the team is there to make the customer’s job easier. As a customer, you can focus on more relevant tasks.
The Consulting team concentrates on real-time needs. For example, a customer may have a lot of data which would be difficult to process manually. The team provides solutions to handle the situation and develops a system that is efficient, easy to use, and boosts performance. The team finds the pain points of 2000 people coming to the application at the same time and makes it work. They understand the expectations of scalability and performance requirements. The Consulting team provides different kinds of solutions to each customer’s needs, and customers can choose the path they want to follow. The team improves existing and new applications, making nice looking UIs, not forgetting testing and making sure everything works as it should be.
Good balance to hard work comes from having fun. Recently they traveled to Switzerland which was a memorable team trip. The team also has lunch and small celebrations together. Humor is the source of energy for these people, you can hear laughter whenever there is a Consulting team event.
